Description

Join us for the adventure of a lifetime at our 6th annual Florida Adventure Trip! This year, we’re taking you to some of Florida’s top spring destinations, offering a new array of thrilling experiences. You’ll stay in a spacious house featuring a private pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Discover the hidden gems of “Old Florida” as we paddle through new spring runs, like Rock Springs Run. Relish in the abundant wildlife as we revisit the Silver River, where you might spot some charming monkeys. This trip promises a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and abundant wildlife.

Relax! We’ll take care of all the details. This trip is a one-price all included trip. Your adventure will have 4 days of activities & 5 nights at a beautiful vacation home with a private pool oasis. Your only obligation is to show up ready to have some adventure and relaxation.
The trip price will include: lodging, all kayak trips, equipment, trip shuttles, park entry fees, 4 prepared dinners, 3 lunches, and 5 breakfasts.
Activities will include evening social time at the pool, 3 kayaking trips to some of the most prized springs in Florida, and a free day to explore the area on your own. With only a short drive you can take off for a visit to the famous Florida Blue Springs State Park where manatees famously arrive in masses during the winter months.

Accommodations

The home is centrally located to all of our paddling adventure locations. It has 6 roomy bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. It sits on a resort property and offers many ammenities for your downtime leisure. Relax by the private pool at the house or take a short walk to the pickleball courts for a little friendly competition.

 

Paddle Rock Springs

Imagine gliding through crystal-clear waters surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant wildlife at Rock Springs in Apopka. As you paddle through this natural wonder, you’ll encounter serene, winding bends and the occasional playful fish darting beneath your kayak. The pristine environment offers an oasis of tranquility, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. With every stroke of your paddle, you’ll discover hidden gems along the way, from secluded swimming spots to picturesque picnic areas. Kayaking Rock Springs is more than an adventure—it’s a journey through one of Florida’s most enchanting landscapes, promising memories that will last a lifetime.

Paddle Weeki Wachee Springs

Take an unforgettable adventure through one of Florida’s most picturesque waterways. As you paddlealong, the emerald-green waters offer stunning clarity, revealing underwater landscapes teeming with fish and aquatic plants. This mesmerizing route lined with lush vegetation and towering trees, will guide you through the “Old Florida jungle, where you might spot turtles basking on logs and herons fishing along the banks. The highlight of the journey is the chance to encounter manatees in their natural habitat, gliding gracefully beneath your kayak. Each bend in the river unveils new sights and sounds, making this a serene yet exhilarating escape into nature’s embrace.

Paddle the Silver River

On your free day in February, immerse yourself in the enchanting natural beauty of Blue Springs State Park, a true winter wonderland for nature enthusiasts. As temperatures drop, the park transforms into a sanctuary for manatees, with these gentle giants arriving in mass numbers to seek refuge in the warm spring waters. Stroll along scenic boardwalks that wind through ancient cypress forests, offering breathtaking views of the pristine spring and its abundant wildlife. Witness the awe-inspiring sight of manatees congregating in large groups, gracefully gliding through the crystal-clear waters.
